Sonya Manteit empathetically supports Individuals with a variety of concerns and does so from a trauma informed perspective. She offers a safe environment for you to explore your unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions including grief and loss, or relational hiccups.

Sonya is committed to help clients become self-aware as a part of the holistic care she offers, collaborating with you in your ongoing psychological, social, and spiritual development.

Sonya is qualified and experienced to work with children and adolescents.

She draws on a number of evidence-based therapies to collaboratively tailor sessions to your unique therapeutic needs, including Person Centred Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment, play therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Sonya is an ACA Registered Supervisor and a current member of the ACA College of Supervisors (COS).
