Is your mind at rest today? Often, we just don't feel centred, focused, or at rest. It's not always because of some specific troubling circumstance, but often it can be just a sign to us to be still. When we are still, we can listen to our mind, our heart, our body.
Even though our mind may have been racing this way and that way, when we are at rest, we can often intuitively discern the real reason for our disquieted state.
So, take time now, to just sit still, and be mindful of yourself. Forget any troubles that may be facing you. Focus on you. Be still, and listen.
